This single kayak was designed
to be a very efficient boat providing the most performance for your paddling
effort while retaining a good balance of stability and load capacity.
The moderate 23-inch beam (21 inches at waterline) and shape of the hull
contribute to a very fast boat that resists pitching in breaking waves.
This boat tracks exceptionally well and is a very fast moderate volume boat
for experienced paddlers. The large rear hull area adds storage and
increases the load capacity to approximately 300 lbs. Fitted with
water-resistant compartments fore and aft for gear storage and floatation,
this boat is an excellent choice for day paddling, moderate duration trips,
or longer trips using expedition style gear.
