As a little known sideline, SeaDog Boats builds custom wine racks to fit virtually any wine cellar that you may have.

We have two standard designs that include individual bottle, and bin storage.

Units can be built to widths up to 48 inches and heights up to 99 inches.

Either type of unit can be made to accommodate magnum bottles as well as standard size.

By combining different types and sizes of units, you can create a distinctive wine cellar that fits your needs and personality.

Each rack is hand crafted from select white oak that produce a durable and very attractive piece.

All construction is traditional joint and glue for a clean and elegant look. No fasteners are used in these racks.

Redwood and other hard woods may be available at additional cost.

We can build to virtually any size or space that you need.

These sizes provide capacity information for planning purposes. While the listed sizes are standard, custom sizing within the upper limits is available. Case capacities are for 12 standard 750 ml bottles. Individual bottle racks must be ordered to accommodate magnum size bottles. Bin storage racks will hold one case of magnum bottles for each case of standard bottle capacity.
Individual bottle storage racks are ideal for smaller wine cellars and displaying prized bottles. Bins are intended for storage of case and half case lots. Bins are square, oriented on edge to prevent bottles from rolling. Each full bin will hold one case of standard (12) or magnum (6) bottles. Half and quarter size bins are located along either side, top, and bottom of each unit. If you have seen a different design that you would prefer, we may be able to duplicate it. Prices for unique, custom design are on an individual basis.
If necessary, temperature and humidity controls can be installed at the room level through the use of specialized refrigeration systems for little more than the cost of adding controls to a large cabinet. For this reason we encourage you todiscuss this option with your builder. If it is not possible to add controls at the room level, we can provide a refrigerated cabinet for your storage system.
